Begin as an associate and qualify for ownership by working a minimum of 3 days per week. You receive operational support, financial transparency, and access to training from day one, preparing you to lead your practice, not just work in it.
Clove partners earn up to 20% ownership for free over four years, based on contribution, leadership, and involvement in monthly partner meetings. Ownership isn’t purchased first, it’s earned through real participation.
After earning equity, doctors may purchase up to an additional 20% (4% per year) and can invest in multiple offices as they grow. Ownership expands with leadership, community impact, and operational performance.
Selling to Clove allows owners to secure financial stability while protecting their culture, teams, and clinical identity. We’ve executed successful transitions supported by strong financial backing, a structured integration process, and a doctor-led philosophy that prioritizes autonomy. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident passing your practice forward, whether you choose to stay, step back, or retire.
Practice owners who transition with Clove have flexible options such as remaining in the practice part-time, selling 100% equity, or maintaining a smaller ownership percentage while enjoying reduced administrative responsibility.
