Our Story
Clove Dental began long before the name existed. Our journey started in 1986 inside a small family practice built by my father, where dentistry was personal, ethical, and rooted in trust. What we carry today is the same spirit. A commitment to care first, grow with purpose, and keep doctors at the center of every decision.

Ishan Puri
Ishan Puri is a Stanford MBA with deep expertise in technology, scaling companies, and building operational systems. Born and raised in Oak Park and Camarillo, he grew up surrounded by dentistry and carries a lifelong appreciation for patient-first care. As Founder and CEO, he oversees all non-clinical operations and guides the group’s long-term growth. His leadership blends strategic discipline with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both patients and teams.
Dr. Anish Puri
Dr. Anish Puri is a USC-trained dentist with a Master’s in Public Health from UNLV. A former student leader, he led international service trips to South America and worked extensively in mobile clinics across Los Angeles. His approach to dentistry is proactive and relationship-driven, treating every patient like family. As COO, he has introduced advanced technology and modern clinical methods across all locations. Outside the office, he’s a former nationally ranked tennis player who loves music, sports, and time with loved ones.
Radhika Puri
With more than 30 years of experience, Radhika Puri has built and scaled multiple dental practices through strong systems in billing, scheduling, people management, and operations. Her career spans growing both de novo and existing offices, always with a focus on consistency and compassion. A graduate of the Delhi School of Economics, she has guided hundreds of team members through her leadership. She takes pride in the foundation she created and in seeing her two sons elevate that legacy to the next generation of dentistry.
Dr. Shalabh Puri
With more than 30 years of experience, Radhika Puri has built and scaled multiple dental practices through strong systems in billing, scheduling, people management, and operations. Her career spans growing both de novo and existing offices, always with a focus on consistency and compassion. I ended up needing a few fillings, and the office was able to get them done same day in a very efficient manner. Highly recommend this place.
I think we can agree going to the dentist is not the most exciting experience. However, this office and their employees make it significantly more easy dare I say enjoyable. They are extremely kind and attentive to your needs & concerns. They are thorough with their explanations and work. Would recommend for anyone of all ages!
